cat 941B loader governor problem

throttle control will not pull back beyond half way point.
linkage is working properly and has full, smooth range when disconnected from governor
opened governor compartment and slotted pin moves freely when pushed down by oil pressure from the top oil line but seems to not engage with rotating portion when trying to move throttle into wide open position properly
oil and filter changed so it should not have anything to do with the travel of internal workings

John Deere 590D idler noise

My 590d that I purchased this spring had a new idler installed. That track side has been noisy since I bought it. Yesterday I noticed that the inside face of the idler is all shine from wear. I new to track machines.
Does the idler have a bearing?
Is it one unit?
Is there adjustment or shims?

Deere 120C Engine Throttle Problem?

Throttle has been throttling up about 100 r's lately its been getting worse my best guess its some times rev up 400 or more r's... have changed the throttle dial and check to see if the A/A A/I dial is ok.... we wiggled the wires going in the the injection pump also, but no luck finding the fault yet. no engine codes... we even hooked up our DR.EX

Aftermarket Seals vs. OEM?

I have to reseal the boom and bucket cylinders on my CAT 225. I priced out all the parts online via a few different methods:

1) CAT Parts Store via my local CAT dealer. ("High" quality, I assume all made in the USA/West)
2) Online using Amazon & eBay only. ("Aftermarket" quality, some made in USA/West, some Asia)
3) Cheapest prices online via https://propelparts.us/ ("Lowest" quality, I assume all made in China)

Adding Ramps to a PJ Trailer?

I have a 2012 5 Ton 24' Flatbed Trailer by PJ. I really love the trailer, however the ramps on this unit seemed to be an afterthought. I know they make ones with nice ramps, but this one just doesn't have them. I bought it used from someone who drove it once and could not get it into his shop, so he sold it. The Ramps were so comically steep, the previous owner expanded each steel ramp by 4 feet making the ramps around 150-200 pounds each and they no longer fit into the onboard storage....
