CAT 988 H inching pedal adjustment

Please help,we have a CAT 988H loader. The operator is complaining about the inching pedal. His left foot angle is getting sore because the inching pedal is not working right. How do I adjust this pedal please. Can I adjust it manually or I have to use ET to adjust the pressures, please help.
