Hyundai 140 LC-7A Will not start.

I have a Mitsubishi D04FD TAA engine and I had some dirty fuel filters that were changed and could never get the engine to start on its own again. Replaced filters, fuel lines, copper washers, and injection pump. The injectors were replaced less than a year ago along with the injection pump on a recall.
