Just got a 941B have some questions.

Just picked up a 941b Cat. Machine has seen some use. Undercarriage is worn but usable. Where would I find a manual on it so I can see what services need to be done, fluids etc . Also the bucket tilt control is backwards. I thought maybe someone put something together wrong but the plate shows its
Correct. Having a hard time adapting. Anyway I can switch it ?
