The machine does not throtle up as soon as you start to move the joystick for a function. If you wait a few seconds it will throtle up and work fine. if you try to lift or dig it will stahl. Preasures are in specs for the two main pumps . The Pilot pump is a little low about 650 psi, would that cause this? The govener motor was changed could that be it. Anybody have seen anything like this? Thank You, Mike 138.
