My mom has just given me her Samsung Galaxy SIII as a present. I went to Settings and did a factory reset. But now it seems the phone is stuck on the Samsung logo. When I hold the power button (on the right side), the phone won't turn off. It seems the only way I could turn the phone off is to take out the battery. What is wrong? Should I simply wait longer in the Samsung logo/animation phase? Or is there something wrong?
