Hello ! I'm not sure if this is part of the Kobo arc settings or possibly another app such as the Google Chrome browser I have installed, but a computerized voice reads back text displayed on a displayed web page.
I am trying to disable this but have no idea where the source settings are.
It seems the read back starts when I tap, swipe or scroll on a web page.
Anyone else come across this???
