Cannot find Android Pay

Hi there,

I just purchased a Nexus 6P a few days ago. Read through a list on the website, 11 things to do with your new phone, and it mentioned Android Pay. However, I do not see this app anywhere on my phone and searching the Play Store I cannot find it either. Any idea what is going on here?
