Some (not all) apps on my samsung galaxy S5 are not accepting my login credentials. There is no problem with login on the equivalent websites. My android version is the latest available (5.o) and is fully updated. The apps are all up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. I don't make mistakes inputting my credentials. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution? I don't want to try a factory reset unless all else fails. Thank you.
