Facebook contacts not syncing

I did a factory reset this weekend to resolve a battery issue (which seemed to work), but now my Facebook contacts aren't syncing to my phone. Now that I've got things set back up my Facebook contacts aren't syncing down to my phone. I can't say for sure it was working right up until when I reset, but I do know that it's not pulling them down now. In my "accounts" setting, it does say that the contacts were synced.

Any ideas why this might be happening or how I can get my Facebook contacts back to my phone?
