Galaxy Note 5 email saya synched but no new messages

On my Galaxy Note 5's stock email app I sync two email accounts from my two business domains. Starting yesterday, one of them goes through the sync, says the sync completed but no new messages are coming through. I checked Outlook on my PC and confirmed there are new messages but they don't make it to the one account on my phone. The other account on my phone is syncing just fine. Both email accounts are being served from the same email server on my web host. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
