Grey Dot Problem

In the upper left-hand corner of the screen, there is a small grey dot. I didn't notice it until I got Netflix on my phone, and now it appears while I'm watching Netflix, YouTube videos, or on my lock screen. I have provided two images for you to see. I have two more. If anyone has any helpful information, thanks. I don't know why it shows the images twice.
