Malware Problem

My wife came to me last night and said she "clicked on something" and now gets a porn popup every now and then. (It was HER....not me!!)

While browsing the web....a small porn box opens mid screen....when clicking on it...it redirects to http://ift.tt/1PKGHFd.

I don't know if this installed anything or not.

I have gone into downloads and deleted lovestore.apk to no avail. It looks like it is set to reload at startup.

I have downloaded a startup manager....but can't seem to find the file I would need to stop.

Anybody else seen this? or have a way to delete this crap?
