My Phone Keeps REBOOTING ! HELP

Hello there , my phone keeps rebooting it shows the LOGO over and over ... and it resets . My problem is i cant open my phone , though i read some threads about it anyway my phone is (Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Lite) , I tried to do the safe mode thingy which I will hold and press the Volume down and power at the same time , but it keeps rebooting . I did the hard reset , I removed my battery like 5-10 mins , and i did holding and pressing those crap thing at the same time ...
Whenever i hold them the Logo pop-up and it goes to black screen
IM CRAZY WITH THIS HELP PLEASE
