phone keeps flashing the " Samsung Galaxy S111 Gt-19300" Logo. I can't get it to switch on

Hi Guys,

Since last night my phone keeps flashing the " Samsung Galaxy S111 Gt-19300" Logo. I can't get it to switch on no matter what I do.

Also when I plug the charger in the grey empty battery logo flashes, and when I unplug the charger it reverts to flashing the above logo.

Please help me out guys, how do I get my phone to restart?
