Phone Powers off Randomly.

Hello,
Just as the heading describes my phone (Micromax A092) shuts down randomly whenever I'm browsing the net or just chatting. When I try to power it on again it stays on the logo screen for sometime then switches off again, sometimes it will start but as soon as I unlock my phone it powers off again. Another weird thing is the battery level keeps jumping from random number every time it boots for example, when it powers off the battery was at 80% then after rebooting it jumps to 50% or so.. then again after rebooting it jumps back to 90% . I tried searching some forums and some suggested to do a factory reset having did that the problem still persist, it started occuring about a month ago .
Any help would be appreciated .
