Problem with my galaxy Core prime

Hi dear all,
Good morning, please help for my problem that I have since yesterday.

a message appears on my Galaxy Core "Unfortunately WeQR has been stopped." and does not allow me to do any thing and when I get hared reset a message appears that "There is no command to do".

So, please help me what should I do?
