PUK code

Hi,

I got an A5 Samsung its great its from Virgin 2yr con ect. Then saw a cheaper deal with Tesco on a 2yr with MOTO G 3RD gen.

The 3rd gen is ok but the Sam is easier to use...SO ....I call Tesco to return the 3rdgen BUT Im over my return date so stuck with the 3rd....no big issue but...NOW....Virgin seem to be delaying the Returns bag for their phone...this is not good....the 1st bag did not arrive the 2nd bag did not arrive .....theysay it will arrive by 20th Nov..? I am now unable to get my apps updated on the new 3rd gen without the PUK code from Virgin....its a bummer ....much app data is unable without my PUK code????

Do I simply have to wait until VIRGIN bag arrives or do 'I have any other avenue of option to gain my PUK code?
