revert to stock failed h345 tmobile variant

So in the middle of resetting my phone, the drivers for the phone stopped responding. the lge net mtp driver just goes dead, so the flash failed.
Now my device is stuck on the tmobile splash screen and download mode doesnt install the drivers fully for me to try again.
is there any way to install the drivers needed for me to recover without connecting my phone?
Im using windows 8.1 with the tool from the aio root.
