gpu load spikes when changing the image on the screen are normal.
As for cpu temperatures, I'm surprised the kernel allowed the cpu to get that hot - I'd have expected it to throttle the clocks before it got anywhere near that. Now that's not hot enough to damage the chip itself, but your reported temperatures generally seem a bit higher than I'd expect - unless you live in a particularly hot country, in which case since it's obviously going to be warmer than its surroundings when it's on those temperatures might be expected. I would however get a second opinion of the temperatures before panicking, as that one app may not be entirely accurate.
