SD Card read only for non-root user

Hi, I have a Toshiba AT300 se-101 and for some time only root apps have access to my external sd card.

so I tried remounting it and also chmod 777 to the whole sdcard. but nothing works. still root only write.

I have attached a pic of mounted partitions and the permission-stats for the sdcard (which is 0075,never saw that one before)

Anyone has any ideas what I can do?
Clearly it is a software issue if root can write on it.
