Sleep goes to 1 minute every time

Hi, whenever I change my Sleep to say 5 mins it goes right back to 1 minute which is where its been from day 1.
It's annoying to be reading something and the screen blacks out. Settings-Display-Sleep is where I go.
Can't find the solution online.
