Kies was a bit clunky but mostly worked. Did the basics of backup, restore and transfer files between the S5 and PC. Enter the forced "upgrade" to Smart Switch! Kies stops working. Can you now just copy files (like a few photos) from your phone to PC - NO! Can you now copy an MP3 from PC to phone - well NO! Why would you want to do that?! And you cannot go back to using Kies. Can anyone shed any light on this please???
