Update fails

1st, I would use Kies 3.0 to see if the update is listed there yet.
* Kies | SUPPORT | SAMSUNG

If it is, Kies will install the update for you and over ride the failure.

If not, use this procedure to delete the failed update, and then let it start all over again.
I suspect that your phone lost connection during the download and part of it is buggered up.

* Lollipop Update delay by clearing cache 3 times *****

Worst case, go visit an AT&T retail store and they can force the update for you.
