Having issue transferring contacts from broken Galaxy S4 to new LG phone

Hello All,

First post here and I'm having an issue trying to transfer my contacts saved in the internal memory of my Samsung Galaxy S4 (screen is broken) to a new LG G Stylo phone that I bought. I downloaded the Samsung Smart Swtich app on my PC and when I connect my Samsung Galaxy S4, my contacts show there.... however, I cannot transfer them anywhere else unless it is another Samsung phone, not even under the manual settings.

Does anyone know how else I can move these files out of Smart Share onto my PC for example, so that I can then connect my LG phone and transfer them onto it? Or any other ways that I can move these contacts and photo? The Galaxy phone screen is broken and therefore I cannot interact with the phone other than connecting it to the computer.
